Complex Breast Augmentation #23349

This 32 year old had sternal abnormalities and a prior subglandular augmentation by another surgeon with Mentor textured 275 cc implants filler to 320 cc on the right, and 312 cc  on the left.  She was unhappy with the results.  She wanted larger implants and wanted to hide the sternal irregularities.  We removed the implants, reapproximated the anatomy, and augmented with subpectoral placement of Mentor 500 cc smooth gel, all through the original inframammary incisions.
