This 37 year old woman presents with asymmetric breasts and the desire for breast augmentation.  She wanted saline implants.  On the right side, we performed a simultaneous vertical mastopexy with biplanar position of the breast implants.  We used Allergan 68-330 and filled it to 360 cc. On the left, we used an Allergan 68-420, filled to 450 cc. Complex Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
