Morpheus8 Q&A’s
Morpheus8 can be used on any area that can benefit from resurfacing wrinkles, laxity and fine lines. The most commonly treated areas include the face, around the eyes, abdomen, thighs, legs, buttocks, neck and inner arms.
Three treatments are typically recommended, but our aesthetician will recommend the optimal number of sessions based upon your personal objectives.
Visible results can be seen within a few days, but typically after three weeks the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.
Radiofrequency (RF) energy is a scientifically proven method to remodel and rebuild collagen. It is minimally invasive, using a matrix of micro pins to renew the deeper layers of the skin with almost no downtime.
The benefit of Morpheus8’s color blind technology is that it can be used on all skin types. The unique properties allow even darker tones to be treated.
Morpheus8 must be used first and then you can have injectables. Three weeks after Morpheus8 treatment you can have facials, peels, etc.
Patients must wait 48 hours to apply make-up. Patients should expect to see micro lesions a few days after treatment and slight redness depending on treatment parameters.
Patients should moisturize with vaseline or aquaphor for the first 48 hours. After that, sunscreen and make-up is ok to apply.
