Marilyn
Patient Coordinator
Marilyn has been a Patient Coordinator for over 23 years and will act as your personal concierge throughout your plastic surgery experience. She will assist you with your initial consultation, financial planning for your procedure, scheduling appointments, and throughout your postoperative care.
Marilyn works closely with Dr. Geldner throughout every stage of your experience to ensure each patient receives exceptional care. Recognized by Today’s Chicago Woman Magazine, as “The Princess of Plastics,” Marilyn is known as one of the top Patient Coordinators in Chicago. She has advised Patient Coordinators throughout the country. In addition to Marilyn’s wealth of experience and expertise, she is warm and supportive. Her knowledge, compassion and unique approach to plastic surgery will certainly enhance your experience at The Geldner Center and your exciting transformation.
Dorothy
Patient Coordinator
My name is Dorothy and I’ve been with The Geldner Center for over 10 years. I began as a Marketing Consultant, then a Patient Representative, then became a Patient Coordinator, which is my current role. Before my tenure at The Geldner Center I was working in corporate banking for 10 years.
As a corporate banker I learned the intricacies of building effective client relationships in both management and sales. I then launched my first business, a boutique marketing and public relations agency. I gained invaluable experience about being an entrepreneur.
The best part of my job is working closely with Dr. Geldner, who is one of the best, most talented and internationally recognized Plastic Surgeons. Patients often tell me how much they appreciate Dr. Geldner’s integrity, honesty, compassion, and the time he dedicates to each and every patient.
I love seeing patients who are very excited when scheduling their surgical procedures and then when the patient is absolutely thrilled with their results.
- My favorite procedures are Breast Augmentations and abdominoplasties.
- My favorite non-invasive procedures are fillers and botox.
- Let’s not forget about skincare — my favorite product line is SkinCeuticals.
- Two things I can’t live without: rice cakes and a great exfoliating toner.
Beth
Registered Nurse, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Beth has 29 years of nursing experience including surgical and critical care nursing at Lutheran General Hospital. The past 12 years she has specialized in Aesthetics and has advanced training and certifications in Botox, Dysport, Sculptra, Kybella and Dermal Fillers. She has been a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist since 2016 through the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification board. With her aesthetic eye and gentle touch, Beth strives to deliver natural results to enhance your self-confidence and restore a more youthful look. Beth treats Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler patients at both our Chicago and Oak Brook locations.
Allie
Registered Nurse, Nurse Injection Specialist
Allie joined The Geldner Center after caring for patients in a hospital Critical Care Unit at bedside and then a Charge Nurse. Being directly responsible for patient care and well-being, Allie brings an intense passion and respect for individualized patient care, educating and guiding patients throughout their aesthetic journey with The Geldner Center. Allie exudes warmth, kindness and professionalism in all aspects of her care and treatment of patients. You are in expert hands and will have an extraordinary experience with Allie at The Geldner Center.
Sophie
Registered Nurse, BSN
Sophie obtained her nursing degree from Chamberlain University. Her interest in many aspects of patient care led her 17-year long career into numerous nursing specialties. Sophie met Dr. Geldner at the surgery center working as his operating room and scrub nurse, where she discovered her passion for plastic surgery.
Under the mentorship of Dr. Geldner, Sophie gained extensive skills as an operating room nurse. This productive relationship extended to the office setting where Sophie works as Dr. Geldner’s nurse. With her gentle and patient-dedicated bedside manner, she follows our patients throughout the surgical process including preoperative and postoperative visits, patient education and follow up visits. Sophie has extensive knowledge and experience in various types of IV Hydration, offering an essential part of a holistic self-care regimen.
Sophie continues to learn and grow under the mentorship of Dr. Geldner, facilitating the safest and best patient experience at The Geldner Center.

Hello! My name is Heather and I have been a Licensed Esthetician since 2011.
The best part of my job is that I get to help people feel and look like the best versions of themselves. There is no better feeling than helping someone feel confident in their own skin!
What I love most about working at TGC is: I love working for a practice that cares about its patients and staff. The moment I walked into The Geldner Center I was not only amazed by how clean and elegant the place looked, but also by how inviting it felt! I knew from the moment I walked in that I wanted to work here! I get to come in every day and work alongside amazing minds and kind hearts.
My favorite non-surgical procedure is: This would be a tie between microneedling and Ultherapy! Both yield amazing results! When combined, they complement each other beautifully and can have a really positive change on someone’s perspective of themselves!
My favorite time of the day: I don’t have a favorite time of the day. Every day is filled with moments that are vastly different from one another. Some moments are effortless while others are challenging. It is the variation of those moments and the people within my life that allow me to constantly work on becoming a better version of myself and to never stop learning!
What I can’t live without: Aside from my family… Sunscreen! — I have been labeled the ‘Sunscreen Queen’ on many occasions by my friends and family. Our skin is our first line of defense against just about everything around you. It is so important to have a good skincare routine that includes sunscreen in the mix!
The greatest part about working with Dr. Geldner is hearing his perspective on procedures and products. He is extremely knowledgeable and there is a lot you can learn from him. Not only does he gave a great mind, but he is also one of the kindest and most honest plastic surgeons I have ever met! He truly cares about his staff and his patients!

Licensed Aesthetician
Monica is a licensed aesthetician with over 9 years experience in dermatology and medical aesthetics. Monica believes in the importance of investing in your skin and enjoys working with complex skin types such as rosacea, sun damage, acne prone and aging skin. She has extensive experience with medical grade chemical peels, photofacials, laser hair removal, microneedling, CoolSculpting, Ultherapy and more. Monica also has expertise in guiding patients to the appropriate medical grade skin care products for home use. She prides herself on her ability to listen to patients’ concerns and goals, and then providing tailored treatments for best results. Monica is passionate about her work and about taking meticulous care of patients.

Office Manager
My name is Billie and I am an office manager at The Geldner Center. I have an educational background in psychology and over 20 years of experience in healthcare. I enjoy the challenges and rewards that come with the daily operation of the office.
Working with an amazing plastic surgeon and great staff is what I love most about working at TGC. Seeing our patients through the process of reaching their aesthetic goals is the best part of my job. My mission is to make outstanding patients’ experience at The Geldner Center.

Hi! My name is Ellie. I am a medical aesthetician at The Geldner Center. I have practiced in the aesthetic industry for several years. My favorite part about working at The Geldner Center is helping patients achieve their skincare goals. Personally, I struggled with acne as a young teen and learning about different skin treatments and products during my journey as an aesthetician has made me more passionate about the industry and how I can help patients achieve their goals. One of my favorite treatments in general and for acne is the VI Peel. It has been one of the most effective treatments for me and for many of my patients. Working at The Geldner Center has also increased my love for injectables and cosmetic procedures. I can see how patients truly feel better about themselves after their treatment and procedures. It’s as if they have a new outlook on life. I also love the effects of botox on fine lines and how it affects the look of aging. Lip filler to give a natural looking plumped lip is also one of my personal favorites.

Kim’s approach to care follows her belief that aesthetics is the perfect combination of art and medicine. Kim has had extensive hands-on training by some of the best plastic surgeons in the United States and continues to have the hunger for learning and continuing education. Kim strives to provide her patients with the knowledge necessary to establish realistic aesthetic goals, resulting in subtle enhancements that make all the difference.

Legal Counsel/Chief Operating Officer

JuliAnn Geldner is Chief Operating Officer and Legal Counsel at The Geldner Center in Oak Brook and Chicago has been named a Power Woman by Sheridan Road and Hinsdale Living. She’s an active and recognized member of the community. Twice Mrs. Geldner has been named a “power woman” by local magazines in North Shore and Hinsdale. According to the editors of the magazines, which are owned by JWC Media, the recognition celebrates “all that they contribute, personally and professionally to the villages we call home.”
Mrs. Geldner has been a practicing attorney and medical practice consultant for 25 years. As an attorney, Mrs. Geldner managed crises and risks for hospitals, surgical groups and physicians. She can visualize all the angles of a problem and perceive the root causes. Mrs. Geldner is adept at finding solutions and assembling teams to address the issues. Her clients have won and saved millions of dollars thanks to her work.
Her success in helping physicians improve practice operations comes not only from her background in medical malpractice, but also from first-hand experience building a successful aesthetic practice. As the Chief Operations Officer, she grew The Geldner Center from 3 employees and 1500 sq ft into a multi-million dollar practice with three locations, 15 employees and 5000 sq ft of prime downtown real estate.
Mrs. Geldner is passionate about her family and her community. She has been the President Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy and the President School Board River Forest School District, and currently volunteers as President of her synagogue, Temple Har Zion, in River Forest. She and her family, who immigrated from Russia, are third and fourth generation members of Temple Har Zion. She names her mother-in-law, Dr. Barbra Geldner, an ophthalmologist, a Holocaust survivor, and immigrant, as her personal hero and role model. Juli also makes time for the hobbies she enjoys: fencing, yoga, and target shooting with long guns.
