Complex Breast Augmentation #23324

This 42 year old had maldevelopment of the right breast that was treated many years ago by another surgeon using a subglandular textured saline 175 cc implant filled to 195 cc.  Since this she had children and suffered breast involution.  She wanted to improve both of her breasts.  During a single operation, we removed her right implant, closed off the subglandular pocket, and placed a 450 cc smooth Mentor gel implant in a subpectoral pocket.  On the left side, we placed a 325 cc smooth gel Mentor in a subpectoral pocket through a periareolar approach.
