Complex Breast Augmentation #23365

This young woman presented with small and asymmetric breasts. Who had prolapse of her left nipple areolar complex. We chose her augmentation volumes with sizers and the Vectra simulation system. We performed periareolar incisions for placement with a left concentric mastopexy. We a used 350 cc Mentor moderate plus implant for the right breast and a 375 cc for the left.
