Complex Breast Augmentation #23225

This 31 year old woman had a prior subglandular breast augmentation with 390 cc saline implants. Her breasts felt firm, but she wanted to look better.  The implants were removed, as were the capsules. A biplanar pocket was reconstructed and the right breast was augmented with an Allergan 15-421 gel implant, and the left with an Allergan 15-457 cc gel implant.  The different sizes were needed to compensate for her different sized breasts.  The skin was tailored with modified anchor type patterns.
