Complex Breast Augmentation #23293

This woman presented with a history of prior breast reduction many years ago. She had breast involution and substancial asymmetry. We planned the operation to minimize the risk of nipple areolar vascular compromise. We used Allergan gel implants; 15-492 on the right, 15-397 on the left. Placement was subpectoral.
