This 44 year old woman came to me complaining of capsular contracture 16 years following subglandular breast augmentation with Meme 220 cc implants. During a single operation, we removed the implants with total capsulectomies, restored the original anatomy and placed Mentor smooth implants into subpectoral pockets right 350 cc, left 325cc. Complex Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Hinsdale.
