Periareolar Submuscular Breast Augmentation 400cc #23425

This 42 year old had maldevelopment of the right breast that was treated many years ago by another surgeon using a subglandular textured saline 175cc implant filled to 195cc.  Since this, she had children and suffered breast involution and wanted to improve both of her breasts. During a single operation, we removed her right implant, closed off the subglandular pocket, and placed a 450 smooth Mentor gel implant in a subpectoral pocket.  On the left side, we placed a 325 cc smooth gel Mentor in a subpectoral pocket through a periareolar approach.
