This 45 year old woman wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts following childbirth. She wanted to look better but not too big. We used various sizing techniques and three dimensional photo simulation to come up with her chosen size. We used a perioreolar incision for biplanar placement of smooth gel implants by Natrelle, 15-339. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
