Inframammary Submuscular Breast Augmentation #23429

This 32 year old had prior subglandular saline breast augmentation years ago by another surgeon.  The implants were Allergan textured 390cc, filled to 490cc on the right, and 396cc on the left. Repair of her breasts involved removal of the implants, restoration of native anatomy, and replacement with subpectoral smooth Allergan 650 cc gel implants.
