This 37 year old woman came to me with the desire for larger but very natural looking breasts. She has asymmetry and very little native breast tissue. Using various sizing techniques and three dimensional photographic simulation, we chose asymmetric Sientra Textured Anatomic implants style 20645 moderate profile. 330 cc for the left; 370 cc for the right.
