Breast Augmentation 400cc #23423

This 33 year old had a prior breast augmentation by another surgeon.  He insisted on high profile smooth saline implants and picked the size.  She asked me to improve the look and put the implants back into a better position on her chest as the existing implants fell off to the sides of her chest.  The implants were Mentor 325 cc implants filled to 362cc on the right, and 264 cc on the left.  The implants were removed, retained in their subpectoral position, she required an inferior and lateral capsulorrhaphy and then had the implants replaced by Mentor moderate 450 cc gel implants.
