Periareolar Submuscular Breast Augmentation 400cc #23427

This young woman presented with mild breast asymmetry and a desire for breast augmentation. We needed to lower the inframammary fold. This was accomplished with Allergen 68-390 cc saline implants placed in a subpectoral position through a periareolar incision. The right filled to 410 cc and the left to 420cc.
