Ten years previously this patient had a breast augmentation with saline implants. She wanted to change to silicone. She also felt that her breasts were slipping off of her implants. We decided to change the implants and perform a vertical lift. We placed Mentor smooth round moderate plus profie implants into her existing subpectoral pockets and performed the lift. The right breast took 550cc, the left 550cc.
