This patirnt presented to me with symptoms due to the size and weight of her breasts. She wanted relief with breast reduction. We performed breast reduction removing 1069 grams from the left side and 924 grams from the right. The nipple areolar complex was left on a blood supply from the central inferior pedicle. She was very pleased with the outcome.
