6 Month Post-Op Breast Reduction Patient #23371

This woman came to me with very asymmetric breasts. We discussed potential options. Due to the size disparity and the limitations of unilateral augmentation, I proposed unilateral breast reduction with simultaneous bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation. We removed 260 grams from the right breast with an anchor technique to match the opposite side and placed Allergan Natrelle Inspira implants SRM-275. She recovered well and remains pleased with the outcome.
