This 40 year old woman wanted to alter her abdomen and breasts at the same time. We performed a Vaser lipoabdominoplasty removing 1250 cc of fat. Her excess abdominal tissue weighed 1224 gm. Bilateral breast reduction was performed during the same operation removing 476 gm of tissue from the right breast and 410 gm of tissue from the left. Her post operative course was uneventful. She was very pleased.
