This 30 year old complained of back pain, neck pain, shoulder grooves, and inframammary rashes due to the size and shape of her breasts.  We performed a breast reduction and an inferior and central pedicle anchor breast lift removing 786 gm from the right breast and 680 gm from the left.  She was very pleased and she could now see her abdomen better.
