This patient presented to me with very heavy asymmetric breasts and complaints consistent with breast hypertrophy. We performed an anchor pattern breast reduction with inferior contral pedicle transposition of the nipple reolar complex. Her right breast yielded 745 grams of tissue and the left 1020 grams of tissue. She healed uneventfully and is pleased witht the outcome.
