This patient presented with symptoms consistent with the weight and size of her breasts. She wanted relief with breast reduction. We used an Anchor Pattern (pattern of Wise) and retained the nipple arealar complex blood supply with a central inferior pedicle. We removed 720 grams from the right breast and 670 grams from the left breast. She healed well and was quite pleased with the ourcome.
