This young student wanted to increase the size of her breasts. We used Mentor sizers and Vectra simulation to choose the size of her implants. It helped discover a 25 cc difference between the volumes of her breasts. We placed a 350 cc smooth round Moderate profile implant on the right and a 375 cc smooth round Moderate profile implant on the left. Incision was periareolar and the placement was biplanar.
