This woman suffered some breast involution following childbirth. She wanted more fullness without noticable scarring. Sizing and Vectra simulation was performed to reach her chosen size. We performed biplanar placement of Allergan style 15, 457 cc smooth round implants through a periareolar incision. She was very pleased.
