This woman wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had involutional changes due to pregnancy and breast feeding. We chose a transaxillary incision with endoscopic technique. She chose her size and her breast dimensions dictated that she needed a high profile implant to fit her anatomy. We used Allergan style 20 gel implants with a fill of 400 cc.
