Breast Augmentation Biplanar 450cc #23496

This woman wanted a breast augmentation. She wanted to be big and full. She specifically requested "gummy bear" implants. Considering the available implants at the time of her procedure, the best options were Allergan highly cohesive implants, FF style. These were placed through an inframammary approach with biplanar placement. We had to consider her existing breast asymmetry and we placed a 425 cc implant on the right and a 475 cc implant on the left. The decision was based on dimensional measurements rather than volume alone, but the results were gratifying.
