This young woman wanted breast augmentation. She didn't want to be too big, and she wanted very discrete scars. We used sizers and a three-dimensional photographic system to choose her implants.  She underwent an endoscopic transaxillary subpectoral breast augmentation with style 15 Allergan implants; 286 cc.
