This woman wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts and replae previously deflated saline implants. She also wanted a breast lift. Sizing was performed with sizers and verified with three dimensional photographic simulation (Vectra). We peplaced her implants with Allergan Natrelle SSM-255 implants and performed a vertical mastopexy. She was very pleased.
