This patient wanted to enhance the appearence of her breasts. She demonstrated rather lateral nipple areolar placement which suggested a lower profile (wider) implant. She also demonstrated some breast volume asymmetry. Sizing was performed with the use of sizers and her choice was solidified with three dimensional photographic simulation (Vectra). We place Allergan Natrelle SSLP implants in a subpctoral pocket through an inframammary incision. Right  side 440cc, left 400 cc. She was very pleased.
