This patient experience involutional changes of her breasts following childbirth. She wanted to restore her appearance. Sizing was performed with sizers and verified with three dimensional photographic simulation (Vectra). We performed a subpectoral placement of Allergan Natrell SSM-295 implants through periareolar incisions. Her recoey was uneventful and she was pleased.
