Endoscopic Transaxillary Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 250cc #23484

This young woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts with the least scar possible. She chose her size using sizers and we confirmed it with the Vectra three dimensional potographic system. The implants were placed through an endoscopic transaxillary approach with a subpectoral biplanar placement. Due to the preoperative size diffeence, we used Allergan Natrelle implants, SSM 275 for the right and SSM-255 for the left. She is pleased with the result. The scars are still visible, but should reolve over the next few months.
