Biplanar Periareolar Subpectoral 350cc #23488

This woman presented with involutional breast changes following pregnancy, childbirth, and breast feeding. She wanted them to be the same size though this meant the use of different sized implants. Breast size was chosen by the patient in concert with the surgeon.  We combined use of sizers and three dimentional photographic simulation. We used silicone Mentor MPP implants with a volume of 375 cc for the right and 350 cc for the left. She is happy with her results.
