This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts. She chose her size with sizers and we confirmed this with the Vecrta three dimensional photographic system. Her anatomy however showed that a mastopexy would help the overall shape of her post operative result, We performed a vetical mastopexy with subpectoral biplanar placement of Allergan Natrelle SSF-345 cc implants.She was pleased with her results.
