This woman came to me wanting a breast augmentation. She dmonstrated mild involution of her breasts with the right breast being smaller than the left. She preferred no to undergo a breast lift and I felt that she would be pleased with an augmnetation. We placed an Allergan Natrelle SSM 445 in the right breast through a periareolar incision with a subpectoral biplanar placement. AN SSM 405 was placed in the left.
