This young woman never developed the breasts that she wanted. Using sizers, we chose 375 cc moderate plus profile implants, we then confirmed it with the Vectra three dinensional simulator. Her incision was axillary with endoscopially guided biplanar placement. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
