Periareolar Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 250cc #23515

Thia woman wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. She chose saline implants with a final fill volume of 300 cc. We used a periareolar incision to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket. Her implants were Allergan Natrelle style 68 implants 270 cc which were filled to 300 cc. She was pleased with the outcome.
