This woman presents with the desire for larger breasts ad very discrete scars. We used a three dimentional sizing system to pick her size. She chose 450 cc MPP Mentor implants through an axillary incision. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
