Breast Augmentation 250cc #23513

This woman presents with asymmetry and post pregnancy breast involution. She wanted her breasts slightly larger and more symmetric. We knew that she needed a breast lift and chose a vertical mastopexy. Using sizers and Vectra three dimensional simulation, we knew that we needed different sized implants. Allergan mid projection style 15, size 286 for the left, 194 for the right. The nipples seemed a little too high so we took a small elipse off of each lower breast to get the final result.
