18 Month Post-Op Breast Lift Patient #23687

This woman presents with asymmetry and post-pregnancy breast involution. She wanted her breasts slightly larger and more symmetric. We knew that she needed a breast lift and chose a vertical mastopexy. Using sizers and Vectra three-dimensional simulation, we knew that we needed different-sized implants. Allergan mid-projection style 15, size 286 for the left, 194 for the right. The nipples seemed a little too high, so we took a small ellipse off of each lower breast to get the final result.
