This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts. She selected the size using sizers and we confirmed this with the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. Her anatomy however showed that a mastopexy would help the overall shape of her post operative result, We performed a vetical mastopexy with subpectoral biplanar placement of Allergan Natrelle SSF-345 cc implants.She was happy with her results.
