This 45 year old wanted to improve her appearance. We sized with implants and determined that she wanted 300 cc Mentor gel implants. Her low nipple areolar position suggested a vertical mastopexy approach. Breast Lift performed by board-certified palstic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
