This 37 year old had a transaxillary submuscular breast augmentation with saline implants 14 years ago. She has aged and her breasts changed shape. She wanted a mastopexy with silicone gel implants. We had no records from her prior procedure. Based on pre-operative measurements and intra-operative findings, we placed Natrelle gel filled implants 15-457.
