6 Month Post-Op Breast Lift Patient #23686

This woman presents with asymmetry and post pregnancy breast involution. She wanted her breasts larger and more symmetric. We used Mentor smooth round Moderate Profile Plus implants, subpectoral, 400 cc for the right, 375 cc with a vertical mastopexy for the left. Sizing was done with Mentor sizers and Vectra three dimensional simulation. Breast Lift performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
