Breast Augmentation w/ Breast Lift 450cc #23492

This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts.  She had small breasts with involution following pregnancy. Her nipple locations were low relative to her inframammary folds. She wanted about 450 cc of augmentation.  Our three dimensional photography simulator showed that her breasts would have a strange look unless we performed a breast lift. We performed bilateral vertical mastopexys with subpectoral biplanar augmentation. We used Mentor moderate profile plus implants; 450 cc for the left, 425 cc for the right.
