This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts with implants. We determined the volume she wanted with sizers and confirmed this with the Axis 3 three dimensional photographic simulation system We used an inframammary incision to create a biplanar subpectoral position and used Allergan style 15-421 implants for her augmention. She was pleased with the outcome of her breast augmentation.
