This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. We used sizers to determine the volume needed to achieve her desired look. Based on her choice of saline implants and the dimensions of her breasts, we chose Allergan Natrelle implants, style 60-360. Each implant was filled to 360cc. We also performed a vertical mastopexy to shape her breasts. She' super excited about the results of her breast augmentation.
