Periareolar Bi[lanar Subpectoral Breast Augmantation 300 cc #23572

This woman presented to me wanting to increase the size of her breasts. We used the Axis 3 three dimensional photographic system tosimulare the sizes she chos for her implants. This verified a 50 cc differnce between the volumes of her breasts. We utilized a periareolar incision to create a biplanar subpectoral position. We used Mentor Moderate Plus implants with a volume of 300 cc to the right breast and 350 cc to her left breast. She was pleased with the outcome.
