Periareolar Breast Augmentation 400 cc #23571

This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts and did not want a breast lift. She chose her volume with implant sizers. In cases such as this, using high profile implants can work well to augment a low lying breast without additional scars. I recommended and demonstrated what an Allergan Natrelle implant style 20-425 could offer using the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. We used a periareolar incision. Her recovery was uneventful and she was extremely happy with her breast augmentation.
