biplanar subpectoral augmentation with verical mastopexy 400cc #23552

This patient came to me with invulotion of her breasts due to pregnancy. She wantd to improve her breast shape and increase her size. We used implant sizers to help determine her volume increase and Vectra photographic three dimensional simulation system to help determine her vertical mastopexy details. We placed Allergan Natrelle soft touch implants SSM-415 cc  and perormed a vertical mostopxy. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased with the result.
