Transaxillary Subpectoral Endoscopic Breast Augmentation #23551

This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts. She wanted a rather small volume for her size so to distribute ir better, I recommended a low profile implant. We chose the volume by the use of sizers and refined that decision with Vectra photographic simulation. We performed an axillary endoscopic subpectoral breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle Inspira implants SRL-230. She was pleased with the result.
